Judgmental council meeting on Jan. 23

There will be a judgmental council meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 23, at 7:30 p.m., in the council chamber of The Monastery Temporalis (de Pinckart 24).

The following topics are on the agenda:

• Feasibility study housing development Gerwen and Nederwetten & strategic cooperation with development company Ruimte voor Ruimte
• Administrative agreement (BOK) Gemert - Eindhoven
• Framework Land Prices and Operating Contribution 2025

During an item on the agenda, speakers can express their views on the topic in the first term, after which council and citizen members can ask additional questions.

Decision-making after the meeting

If the council finds during the judgment meeting that an item is ready for decision-making, it will appear as a hammer or discussion item on the agenda of the council meeting on Feb. 6. The agenda for this meeting will be published after the judgment meeting.
