What is it?

The municipality may stipulate that a building plan must comply with reasonable standards of appearance. Do you need an environmental permit to build? If so, the municipality may submit your application to the village building inspector. The village building inspector decides whether your building plan complies with the requirements for prosperity.

The meetings of the Village Building Inspector shall be open to the public. Public access is limited to attending the meeting. Village Building Master meetings are generally on Tuesday afternoons in the odd-numbered weeks.
