Summary Procurement of Help with Household

Nuenen is participating in a new tender Wmo Household Assistance, in cooperation with the municipalities of Nuenen, Geldrop-Mierlo, Waalre, Cranendonck and Heeze-Leende (also called: Dommelvallei++). The tender procedure started in the spring of 2024. On October 14, 2024, Actief HuisZorg B.V. and Archipel Rinette B.V. sued the municipalities in summary proceedings. Decision imposing an operating ban on the holder of Pumpulunchi daycare center

The GGD supervisor found during investigations that the Pumpulunchi daycare center and the Pumpulunchi out-of-school care center do not meet the quality requirements of the Childcare Act (Wko). The supervisor advises the college to take enforcement action.

The college previously gave Pumpulunchi the opportunity to improve the situation at the daycare center and the BSO. This has not happened. The college therefore decided to impose an operating ban on the owner for the Pumpulunchi daycare center and the Pumpulunchi out-of-school care center.
