During the judgment-forming council meeting, you may speak about topics on the agenda.
As a speaker, you will have a maximum of 5 minutes in the first term to explain your position. After that, council and citizen members can ask additional questions.

Please report by noon on the day of the council meeting. You can do this through the website nuenen.nl/doe-kijk-en-luister-mee (Submit request to speak) or by sending an e-mail to Municipal Clerk’s Office Please include your contact information and the topic in question.
During an agenda item, speakers may express their opinions in the first term. Council and citizen members can then ask additional questions.

If the council finds during a judgmental council meeting that the above topics are ready for decision, they will appear on the council meeting agenda as a hammer or discussion item.
