Safety Plan

A good safety plan is essential for the safe running of your event. In it you lay down how you are going to organize safety during the event. The 3 Brabant safety regions help you on your way with a chronological roadmap for safety. Based on 5 steps, you develop a coherent safety plan tailored to your event and what is needed for it.

What does it cost?

Fees are not charged for notifiable events (neighborhood and district festivals) and regular low-risk events (so-called A-events).

However, for the so-called A-events, but also for B- and C-events, legal fees are always levied for, for example, music exemptions, exemptions from serving alcoholic beverages, etc. Most common legal fees are:

  • Music dispensation art. 4:6 APV: €24.00
  • Music dispensation art. 3 Sunday Act: €24.00
  • Exemption art. 35 Drank- and Catering Act: € 24.00
  • Lottery permit art. 3 Gaming Act: €51.95

The rates can be found on the website lokaleregulation.overheid.nl('Ordinance on the levying and collection of fees 2025').
