The college has prepared a proposal for the council to eventually decide on. The purpose of this image-forming meeting is for the council to get a clear picture of the proposal.
Interested parties may speak at this meeting.

The college informs the council about the Social Domain Monitor.
Interested parties may attend as listeners.
