Subject: Adoption of "Rules of Procedure on the Municipal Advisory Committee on Environmental Quality Nuenen ca., 2024"

Simultaneously with the entry into force of the Omgevingswet on January 1, 2024, the "Ordinance on the Municipal Advisory Committee on Environmental Quality Nuenen ca., 2023" entered into force. This ordinance was adopted by the municipal council on June 2, 2022. This ordinance stipulates that the advisory committee further defines its working method, within the framework of the ordinance, in a set of regulations. The regulations are now before the Environmental Quality Advisory Committee for adoption.
