• Needed at login:
  • DigiD
  • iDeal
  • scan or photo of your own ID
  • scan or photo of your witnesses' ID
    tip: use the Rijksoverheid 's KopieID app to do this securely

• Reservation
  Your reservation is not official until you receive a confirmation letter from us by mail (after about 1 week).
  In the form, please choose a date and time, then we will check availability. 

• Modification/cancellation 
  Please note that after registration, change fees are in effect as soon as you change witnesses/day/time, for example.
  • up to 1 week before the ceremony: € 85,00
  • 1 week or less before the ceremony: €137.50

• Options
  A simple ceremony takes place in the Town Hall wedding hall, lasts 15-20 minutes, is Dutch-speaking, no preferred wedding officiant possible and is without music. Personalized speech (based on your written input) and wedding/partnership booklet included.

  An extended ceremony lasts 25 to 40 minutes, is Dutch- or English-speaking, preference for a wedding officiant from our team possible (or your own babs for an additional fee), can be held Monday through Sunday in the wedding hall of the city hall and at other (wedding) locations. Preliminary interview, personal speech and wedding/partnership booklet included. 

• Possible additional costs:
  - deployment of your own wedding officiant: € 240.00
  - wedding location other than the town hall: you arrange the rental/practicalities with the location

Sign up for free ceremony (Nuenen residents)

• Note: Only possible if one of you both lives in Nuenen.
• Monday mornings at 9 a.m. or 9:30 a.m.
• only the dates you can select through the system are free (no additional times available)
• the party including bride and groom consists of a maximum of 10 people
• excluding wedding/partnership booklet, speech and further decoration

  - marriage/partnership booklet: € 43.15 (check the box in the online application form or indicate in the 'additional information' box)
  - international extract of marriage/partnership certificate: € 17.10 

• Other points of interest
  During a free ceremony we only handle the legal part of a ceremony (for a marriage: saying yes + signing the deed, for a partnership: signing the deed). If you would like to exchange rings, please bring them with you. There is no further space for a speech or decoration and the appointment takes about 10 minutes.
