New Housing Policy
Municipal facilities are important places where residents meet, play sports, and organize activities. Examples include community centers, sports facilities, and other community amenities. The municipality is developing a new policy for these facilities. With this new policy, the municipality aims to ensure that facilities in Nuenen, Gerwen, and Nederwetten are suitable, accessible, and future-proof. In doing so, we are examining, among other things, the use, management, and maintenance of these facilities, as well as the needs of residents and organizations. The municipal council is expected to vote on the new policy by the end of 2026.
