Summer swimming weather on the way
It's finally here! With the arrival of warmer weather and bright sunshine, we are happy to announce the new swimming season, which started from May 1 at Day Beach Enode.
To keep the day beach accessible to all, there is no admission charge. Public bicycle parking and free parking are available. But this also means there are no facilities, such as a public restroom, and no swimming supervision. Leading up to the new swimming season this year, outdated benches, lampposts and a unit were removed, and new larger trash cans were placed at the entrance.
But before we all roll out our towels, we want to share a little message. Let's work together to create a neat and safe environment for everyone to enjoy. So herewith a friendly request: don't leave trash behind, respect the natural beauty of our swimming lake and be aware of your fellow swimmers.
If you do experience a nuisance or see litter, please let us know by filing a report through our website.
We will check the day beach daily, but there is no continuous supervision. Let's work together to provide an environment where everyone feels welcome and safe.
Check out the page on Day Beach Enode for all the information, a clear overview of facilities, current water quality and the national campaign with tips for safely using open water on.
