The overview on the results page indicates that 14 of the 17 polling stations have been processed. These 14 polling stations are all those used for the municipal elections. The 3 missing polling stations are associated with other elections, specifically those for the village and neighborhood councils of Gerwen, Nederwetten, and Eeneind

Finalization of the election results

On March 26 at 10:00 a.m., the central election commission certified the election results in a public session.

The council then reviews the official reports to verify that everything proceeded properly. If necessary, the council may decide to conduct a (partial) recount. In addition, the city council verifies that the elected candidates meet all the requirements.

The new council will be sworn in on April 1 at 4:00 p.m. (Klooster Temporalis).

Statement on the Use of Election Software (OSV)

The municipality must verify that the software used complies with the relevant rules of the Electoral Council. This refers to the "Election Support Software" (OSV) provided by the Electoral Council.

In the "Declaration of Compliance with Election Regulations," the municipality of Nuenen states that the software complies with the regulations and could be used during the elections.
