The State provides subsidies for making your home more sustainable/insulated. Subsidies make investing in sustainability extra interesting.

For residents of the municipality of Nuenen, there is currently (from 01-01-2021) the Investment Subsidy for Sustainable Energy and Energy Saving (ISDE). The ISDE is the subsidy scheme for individuals, owners' associations and the business entrepreneur until 2030. 

You can receive subsidies with the ISDE for 5 types of insulation measures. This is possible if you own the owner-occupied home and this home is your primary residence or will be immediately after renovation. Read more about the Requirements on the rijksoverheid website.
