The stimulus loan is a loan you can use to make your home more sustainable and/or life-proof. The incentive loan includes several loan types, including the silt loan.

What is the incentive loan for?

  1. Making the home accessible and life-proof so that the owner/occupant can continue to live independently in their own home for longer.

  2. Energetically preserving the home so that energy consumption decreases, thereby reducing CO2 emissions. In addition, your energy bill will be lower.

  3. Helping one's own (grand)child purchase a first home in the municipality of Nuenen (applies only to the Redeeming Grant). 

Requirements

In order to apply for a loan through the Municipality of Nuenen, you must meet certain Requirements. These Requirements are different for each loan. What applies to all loan types is that you must be the private owner of an existing home in the municipality of Nuenen. You must also occupy this home yourself.

Measures to continue living independently in your home for longer:

  • Modifications to the structure of the home that make it more accessible. Consider modifications to doors, thresholds, traffic areas (including hallway/hallway, stairs).
  • Adaptations for more space for movement / usability, creating sufficient space for living, cooking and sleeping (including placement and use of necessary equipment) and accessibility & usability of bathroom and toilet.
  • Residential home technology (home automation) adaptations that support longer independent living and/or contribute to the safety and quality of life/comfort of residents. Think door-video intercom and automatic door locking.

There are several ways you can take advantage of the stimulus loan. The following explains the differences and what you can take advantage of at what time. You can choose from three loan types.
