Sports Club Monitor: What Do Local Sports Clubs Need?
What do local sports clubs need? Where are the opportunities, and which challenges require attention? Starting November 2, the Sports Club Monitor will shed light on these issues. Participating gives clubs insight into their own situation and helps the municipality better tailor its support and local sports policy.
The questionnaire covers, among other things:
- members;
- volunteers;
- board;
- finance;
- accommodations.
What are the benefits of participating?
After participating, clubs receive a fact sheet and access to the online dashboard, which provides insights into their own club. They can also compare their results with those of other clubs.
Clubs can use these insights to facilitate discussions within the board, set priorities, and support their plans.
These combined results show us, as the Municipality of Nuenen, what local clubs need and where opportunities or challenges lie. This allows us to better align our support and our sports policy with real-world circumstances.
One questionnaire
Clubs may receive a message about the Sportclubmonitor from both their sports association and us. It is the same questionnaire, so a club only needs to fill it out once. Click here to see which associations and municipalities are participating.
The Sports Club Monitor opens on November 2. Clubs will then receive a personalized invitation by email with their username and instructions on how to log in. The survey can be completed through November 16.
