Placing retaining wall parallel road

For the future Snelfietsroute Eindhoven- Helmond, we will construct a retaining wall at the level of the sound barrier to create a footpath along the bicycle path.

Planning work: 

The company Heijmans will start the work, depending on weather conditions the work will take 2 to 3 weeks. During the work, bicycle traffic will be diverted via Geldropsedijk and Collseweg. The bicycle path will remain accessible but may have some restrictions during the work. The houses on Parallelweg will remain accessible. Some inconvenience during the work cannot be avoided but will be limited as much as possible.

Snelfietsroute Helmond - Eindhoven is a joint project of the province of North Brabant, and the municipalities of Eindhoven - Nuenen - Geldrop-Mierlo - Helmond.
