Decision on objection to denied environmental permit

An objection was filed against the denied environmental permit for the installation of a carport. The objection was considered at a hearing of the Objections Committee. The objection committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

The College, adopting the opinion of the Objections Committee, decided to declare the submitted objection unfounded and uphold the decision of August 22, 2024.

Decision on objection directed against environmental permit granted

An objection was filed against the environmental permit granted to raise the entrance of a shed. The objection was considered at a hearing of the Objections Committee. The objection committee recommended that the objection be declared unfounded.

The College, adopting the opinion of the Objections Committee, decided to declare the submitted objection unfounded and uphold the decision of August 27, 2024. The request for reimbursement of legal costs is denied.

PlatOO budget 2025

School Board PlatOO, in accordance with its bylaws, has submitted the 2025 budget to the municipality for consultation. It is proposed that the college take note of this.

The college approved PlatOO's 2025 budget and decided not to consult with PlatOO on it.

The council will be informed via a raands information letter.

Work Plan 21 for Youth and Power of Attorney Cooperation Agreement Upper Regional Expertise Network and Municipalities Southeast Brabant.

The "Work Plan 21 for Youth" contains agreements on the youth aid that is purchased and coordinated regionally. It concerns specialized youth aid that is legally required to be organized at the level of the youth care region of South-East Brabant. One of these tasks is the Regional Expert Team (RET). The Bovenregionaal Expertise Netwerk Brabant/Zeeland (BEN) makes resources available for the further development of the regional expert teams. This requires a cooperation agreement.

The college has agreed to the agreements, budget, governance and distribution of resources from the "Work Plan 21 for Youth 2025. The contribution for our municipality is € 15,742. The mayor grants Alderman Toub of the municipality of Eindhoven power of attorney to sign on behalf of the municipality of Nuenen the 'Cooperation agreement on the development of RET 2024/2025 Bovenregionaal Expertisenetwerk Jeugd Brabant/Zeeland and representation of municipalities/Regional ExpertTeams 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025'.

Views on amended multi-year estimate BLINK in connection with relocation

The Joint Scheme for Cleaning Blink (GR) has parted ways with its private partner Prezero. In the letter of intent concluded with PreZero, it has been agreed that Blink can continue to use the office and environmental street on Prezero's premises at Gerstdijk in Helmond until December 31, 2025.

As a result, Blink must relocate by January 1, 2026, preferably to another location in Helmond. The council has been asked to submit a view on the proposed amendment to Blink's 2026 - 2028 multi-year estimate.

The council proposal "view of amended multi-year estimate BLINK in connection with relocation" is presented to the council for decision.
