GRIP mobile environmental street
The Raw Materials Drop-off Point, also known as GRIP, is a mobile collection truck for broken and discarded items. Instead of going to the recycling center yourself, you can drop off small quantities of raw materials here, such as an old coffee maker, used batteries, or broken light bulbs. Blink will then transport them to the recycling center.
What may go to the GRIP wagon?
You can bring small quantities of raw materials to the GRIP truck, such as:
- small quantities of wood
- small amounts of debris
- metals
- Styrofoam (white and clean)
- electrical appliances
- hard plastics
- hollow glass and flat glass
- lamps
- Household Hazardous Waste KCA) in sealed packaging
GRIP is free and only for Nuenen individuals.
More information can be found on the Blink website.
Notice! Businesses are responsible for the disposal of their own waste.
How much are you allowed to turn in at the GRIP?
If it fits in a large shopping bag, then it may go to the GRIP. Per household, you may bring a maximum of one full shopping bag of (be careful!) small bulky household waste. Large amounts of waste you bring to the environmental street.
