Handicapped parking pass

What is it?

Do you have a long-term (more than six months) physical disability that prevents you from walking more than 100 meters with aids such as a cane or crutches? Or are you continuously dependent on driver assistance for door-to-door transportation? Then you may be eligible for a disabled parking permit.

What to do.

Make an appointment with the CMD at (040) 283 1675.

The CMD is located in the Berg 22C building in Nuenen.

For the appointment, please bring the following documents:

  • a valid ID
  • A recent and identical passport photo
  • when renewing - your old disabled parking permit

Medical examination

To qualify for a disabled parking permit, you must meet a number of Requirements . Medical examination must show whether you meet these requirements. This is not necessary if a previous examination shows that you meet the Requirements .

What does it cost?

A disabled parking pass costs €30.25
