1. Opening and setting agenda
The chairman opened the meeting.
Action Item previous discussion: How does the municipality monitor whether it meets the legal deadline to numerous applications. Is there a system at the municipality that provides signals?
When a report is received by the LEV group, the investigation is started. There is active waiting time management and there is active contact. The report is on a registration list for a follow-up process.
The CMD does not monitor applications; this is done by the LEV group. The LEV group uses Hello's program to create a case and register the requests. In addition, the LEV group has an excel file in which the processing times are kept.
The agenda was adopted.

Request info start district GGD'r in Nuenen and Son
Two neighborhood GGDs have been hired in Nuenen and Son en Breugel.
The idea comes from the ministry to deploy neighborhood mental health workers in municipalities. It is a networking function, but also a function to connect with clients. The difference with the district mental health service is that the district mental health service focuses on the medical and psychological field.
It is a two-year pilot and after one year there will be an evaluation with the ministry and the municipality.
Gerwen neighborhood work
A village supporter has been hired at the LEV Group.
6. Social Domain Vision
Hasan Baykir (WMO policy officer), Meriam van Onzenoort (youth policy officer) and Nadine van de Griendt (Participation Act) gave a presentation on the draft Social Domain vision.
The following questions are submitted to the Social Domain Advisory Council:
- What do residents want and expect from the municipality when we commit to self-reliance?
- What do we want to achieve, what issues/issues are important in this regard? What are we already doing well and what can be improved?
- How do we invest in these social impacts?
- How do we measure these social impacts?
ASD Response: A simplification of forms for residents is very important so that residents become more self-reliant. Residents have difficulty filling out forms themselves due to texts currently used. Possibly simplify regulations so that residents do not have to hire a counselor.
Action point: Put the vision Social Domain again on the agenda of the next meeting of the Advisory Board Social Domain and invite Hasan Baykir to this meeting. The questions "what do we want to achieve and what are we going to implement?" will then be discussed.
7. Recalibrating Volunteer Policy
Luuk Wigard (policy officer) gives a presentation on the recalibration of the volunteer policy.
Response from the ASD: The volunteer support center and the senior citizens association indicate that they are not familiar with the volunteer policy.
Answer: It will be brought to the attention of the volunteer policy review that the volunteer policy be more widely known.
Q: How can the municipality strengthen volunteers and associations?
The following points are mentioned:
- Steering for diversity;
- Positive approach;
- Active recruitment;
- Recruitment/encouragement;
- Continuity at LEV;
- Familiarity and cooperation;
- Connecting to drives, incentives for volunteers.
From the municipality as a token of appreciation, a New Year's meeting is organized with a youth ribbon and volunteer award. Where does the ASD stand on this?
Response from the ASD: Appreciation comes from feedback from colleagues and clients. Support is more often done from the volunteer organization and does not have to go through the municipality.
Q: For those familiar with the policy, what could be better?
Response from the ASD: While the policy is good, it is often not known if the implementation is followed.
A review of the volunteer policy will be presented to the council on April 3.
