Invitations to the Municipal Executive

Would you like Alderman the mayor or an Alderman to a special occasion? For example, a reception, anniversary, or event? The mayor and aldermen would be happy to attend, if their schedules permit.

How does it work?

The mayor and city council members receive many invitations. Therefore, please keep the following in mind:

• Send your invitation at least six weeks in advance. That way, there’s a better chance the mayor or Alderman will Alderman be available.
• Please include details about the event so we can prepare for the visit properly.
• Explain why you Alderman to invite the mayor or an Alderman .
• Please specify what you Alderman from the mayor or Alderman . For example, would you like them to give a speech or officially open something? Or is their mere presence sufficient?
• Please provide the contact person's name, phone number, and email address. That way, we can get in touch with you.

The mayor and aldermen receive many requests. For this reason, they cannot accept every invitation. The municipal executive decides who will attend the meeting.
