Park Luistruik is a new housing development near the center of Nuenen. A total of about 200 new homes will be built here in a park-like setting. This means that there is plenty of space for greenery and cars will be parked out of sight as much as possible.

The range of homes is diverse; court houses, semi-detached houses and detached semi-detached houses. The architecture is contemporary yet in the tradition of the Nuenen building style.
