Adoption of the Rules of Procedure
The Municipal Executive has adopted the Rules of Procedure for its meetings and other activities of the Municipal Executive of Nuenen and Surrounding Areas 2026. These rules include, among other things, provisions regarding the Municipal Executive’s meetings, the decision-making process that takes place during those meetings, the preparation of these meetings, and the publication of decisions.
The Municipal Executive has decided to approve the Rules of Procedure for Meetings and Other Activities of the Municipal Executive of Nuenen and Surrounding Areas 2026. These Rules of Procedure will take effect on May 29, 2026, and at that time, the previous Rules of Procedure of the Municipal Executive dated June 11, 2013, will be repealed.
Determining POHO allocation and replacement arrangements
On May 27, 2026, the aldermen were appointed for the new term of office.
The council has decided to adopt the allocation of portfolios, the deputy alderman replacement policy, and the mayor replacement policy.
The council will be informed of this in a council information letter.
Determining administrative representation in regional consultative bodies
On May 27, 2026, the aldermen for the new term of office were appointed. The municipality of Nuenen is represented by its officials in various regional bodies, such as the boards of joint arrangements and regional portfolio holder meetings.
The council has determined which council member will represent Nuenen in the various regional bodies.
