Council Information Letter: Framework Letter 2027

Every year, we prepare a Framework Memorandum to serve as the basis for the following year’s program budget. Due to the municipal elections and the resulting new council agenda for the next four years, this 2027 Framework Memorandum contains few policy provisions and focuses primarily on autonomous developments. We are therefore now referring to it as a “Framework Letter” and have chosen to present it in the form of a council information letter.

The Executive Board has decided to send the council briefing letter “Framework Letter 2027” to the council.

ENSIA 2025 Information Security Accountability Process

Each year, the Municipal Executive reports on the status of information security implementation to the internal oversight body, the council, and the external oversight bodies.
