This is an old post.

Implementation of Wvggz tasks by GGD Brabant Zuidoost

At the end of 2019, the municipality of Nuenen c.a., together with seven other municipalities, transferred the Wvggz reporting function to the GGD and made the resources available for it. The implementation of the Wvggz reporting function will be continued by the GGD Brabant Zuidoost. For this purpose an agreement is entered into with GGD Brabant Zuidoost for a period of three years with the possibility of interim termination with due observance of a notice period of nine months.

Decision on objection

On November 26, 2019, an integral day of action with RIEC partners took place at an address on the Cantersakker in Nuenen. As a result, it was decided to withdraw and reclaim benefits from one of the residents. An objection was lodged, which was dealt with in the Objections Committee. The college decides to declare the objection unfounded. This is in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee.

Adoption of 2021 grant program

By decision of September 22, 2020, the college finalized the draft subsidy program 2021. It has subsequently emerged that next year no (traditional) carnival will be celebrated in the municipality of Nuenen c.a. Carnival Association De Dwèrsklippels and Gezamenlijke Carnavalsverenigingen Nuenen c.a. have reported that they no longer need the subsidies they have applied for. Therefore, the college has decided to adopt the subsidy program 2021 in deviation from the previously adopted concept in the sense that the applications of Carnival Association De Dwèrsklippels and Joint Carnival Associations Nuenen c.a. and the intended decisions thereon have been removed. In addition, the grant application from Vincentre will be the subject of separate decision-making.

Participation in project Erven Plus

The Landscape Management Coordination Point of the Brabants Landschap has asked municipalities to participate in the Erven Plus project. Within this project, farmers and citizens in the outlying area receive subsidies to provide additional nesting opportunities for birds in and around their yards. The municipality's contribution is doubled by the province and the zip code lottery. The college decides to participate in the Erven Plus project. The contribution is set at €11,000 for the entire project period 2022 - 2024. The state of affairs will be evaluated annually.

Multi-generational housing policies

We want to encourage seniors to prepare for life-proof living, either in their own homes or elsewhere. We regularly receive requests from people who want to live in family homes, but where there may be conflicts with the zoning plan. When there is informal care (intensive Health or support whose need can be demonstrated with a certificate from a family doctor), this is possible without a permit. We also want to make it possible, however, for people who are preparing themselves for aging but where strictly speaking there is no question of informal care, to take measures in advance. In order to make the (temporary) 'off plan' deviation from zoning plans under Requirements possible, a policy rule has been drawn up. The college adopts the policy rule 'Multi-generational living municipality of Nuenen c.a. 2020'. It is stipulated that this policy rule will enter into force on the day after its publication.
