Council meetings begin at 7:30 p.m. in the council chamber of The Monastery Temporalis (De Pinckart 24).

Speaking Rights
During the deliberative council meetings, you can speak about the topics on the agenda. As a speaker, you will be given a maximum of 5 minutes in the first term to explain your position. After that, council members and citizens can ask additional questions.

Please register no later than 12:00 noon on the day of the council meeting via Municipal Clerk’s Office.
Please include your contact details and the relevant subject.
If, during a deliberative council meeting, the council decides that the above topics are ready for decision-making, they will be included as hammer or discussion items on the agenda of the council meeting on February 5.
