The City Council adopted the design for the Lissevoort Youth Park on Thursday, September 19, 2024. This means that we can start preparations for the actual implementation. We hope that the Youth Park Lissevoort will be ready before the summer vacations of 2025.

Infill Youth Park Lissevoort

Below you can see the design for the Lissevoort Youth Park, which includes the following infill:

• The area will be transformed into a park-like setting.
• There will be an asphalt basketball court.
• There will be an artificial turf soccer field.
• Next to the soccer field will be a table tennis table.
• There is space for meeting (think benches and seating elements).
• We will leave one old mini-golf object in place as a reminder of the old mini-golf course.
• We are rearranging the semi-paved strip on the south side of the youth park to allow perpendicular parking here.
• The entrance to the parking lot will be relocated to promote traffic safety.
• The glass and clothing bins will be moved to the street side for easy emptying.
• Finally, the area will be landscaped again with lots of greenery and trees.
