Possible changes to gritting routes due to shortage of road salt

Due to a nationwide shortage of road salt, we may have to temporarily change our gritting methods this weekend, given the predicted snowfall.

If necessary, we will switch to gritting only the priority routes: the main thoroughfares and (some of) the cycle paths.

As a result, the complete gritting routes as mentioned in the implementation plan on our website cannot be fully implemented for the time being.

We ask you to be extra careful in traffic.
