Military exercise, August 17–21, 2026

From August 17 through 21, 2026, the Royal Netherlands Army will conduct an exercise in our municipality to train and prepare military personnel from the Ministry of Defense. The military personnel will carry out missions using vehicles, bicycles, and on foot. These activities will take place during the day, in the evening, and at night. The unit conducting the exercise is free to move about using existing roads, trails, and waterways.
