Do you know the independent client supporters?
The municipality would like to support residents as much as possible when they ask for help. To this end, we have independent client supporters in Nuenen. We would like to know whether you are aware of this, whether you would make use of it and what you expect from the supporters. Research agency ZorgfocuZ is conducting research into this on behalf of the municipality. Do you have a few minutes to fill in the questionnaire? Participation is voluntary and your answers will be processed anonymously; the municipality and social workers will not know who answered the questions.
There are several ways to participate:
- Online at: Survey Independent Client Support or by scanning the QR code attached to this post.
- By phone: a CarefocuZ help desk employee will note your answers. Call 050 20 53 014 (weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
