Information request from BSOB for photos of homes regarding objection to WOZ

To handle WOZ objections, Belastingsamenwerking Oost-Brabant (BSOB) sends letters to objectors requesting additional information, including photos of the house. In response to questions about this letter, BSOB has recently modified the letter: it is not obligatory to provide photos of the property. As an objector, you can also submit the information to BSOB in another way, such as an indoor recording, completing a questionnaire, or a phone call. To do so, contact BSOB at 088-551 00 00. 

BSOB's photo tool referred to in the letter complies with the Requirements requirements set by the Valuation Chamber and the Personal Data Authority.
