Nuenen municipality launches housing map: insight into current and future housing projects

Nuenen developments insightful
The online Map meets the desire to be able to see in one overview where construction is going on in Nuenen. Because a lot is happening! And there's a lot in the pipeline, too. For example, you can now see which projects - divided into the categories expensive/medium expensive/social - are in progress. Future plans ('under study') can also be found in the Map. You can also consult background information for each project, such as the type of housing, price range and expected year of completion.
Regionwide
Last year, the Municipality of Eindhoven launched its online housing map. In November 2024, the other 20 municipalities in the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region also decided to follow suit. The past few months have been hard at work in preparation and now the municipality of Nuenen is also going live with its own housing map.
Characteristics housing map
With this Map we give residents, home seekers and other interested parties more insight into our housing plans. We make visible where we are building, how many homes are involved and what stage the project is in. In this way we increase transparency and better involve residents in the housing developments in our municipality. In addition to the housing map, there is also a handy dashboard available that provides additional information and thus gives an overall picture of the housing developments in our village.
