The municipality of Nuenen and Het Goed are working together to create a circular municipality

Today, the municipality of Nuenen and Het Goed signed a renewed cooperation agreement for the collection and processing of reusable household goods.

Alderman Sandor Löwik received a special gift from Het Goed: a birdhouse made from reusable materials. A beautiful symbol of what we are working towards together: reuse and circularity in practice.

The Alderman , together with Elles Kempers from Het Goed, Alderman to accept donated household goods. This provided an immediate opportunity to talk to residents about sustainability and the importance of reuse. He also spoke with Het Goed employees about their work and the social impact of what they do.

This collaboration will ensure that the recycling facility in Nuenen remains operational for years to come. In this way, we give items a second life and create opportunities for people who are distanced from the labor market.
