If you expect to cause so much noise that it may cause a nuisance, you need an exemption from the municipality. For example, for construction work or an event.

Expand noise standards at hospitality industry

For noise in which your catering establishment causes so much noise that the regulations of the Activities Decree are not met, you can submit a notification to arrange an extension of the noise standards. We call this reporting an incidental festivity.
