Decorated in limelight at King's Day Aubade

Every year on King's Day, we reflect on all the decorated people in our municipality and their special contribution to the quality of life.

The decorated who were surprised with a Royal Decoration during the Rain of the Ribbons on Wednesday, April 26, were put in the spotlight on King's Day. At 11 a.m. the decorated were warmly received at the Klooster.

A Royal Decoration is recognition for the special work a resident does (voluntarily) for society. Someone who receives a Royal Decoration is called a "decorated person."
