June 19 is "European Focus Day. This is the European day against residential burglary. Attention to this topic is incredibly important. With the right preventive measures, the chance of a residential burglary decreases up to 80 percent.

Big, small, beautiful, ugly, detached or terraced. Burglars don't care how you live. They are not interested in what they can get, but how easily they can get in. Don't make it too easy for them, so they can't get to your valuables. A few simple actions can prevent a burglary.

Are you leaving home? If so, be extra vigilant and do a good job of locking your door (remember the garden gate and shed as well), closing your windows and turning on a light.
