The municipality of Nuenen provides compensation for the compulsory excess for health insurance under Requirements The scheme is intended for residents who have a chronic illness or disability. Via the allowance we wish to compensate these residents for high healthcare costs resulting from the obligatory deductible excess. In this way we alleviate the accumulation of healthcare costs and try to prevent healthcare avoidance.

If you belong to the target group and are covered by the Requirements , you can apply for your allowance for the year 2024 starting now.

Compensation mandatory deductible health insurance law

The Requirements are:

1. You live in the municipality of Nuenen;
2. You are 18 years of age or older at the time of application;
3. You are not entitled to student loans;
4. You used up the entire mandatory deductible health insurance last year;

To qualify for the allowance, the amount of your income is also important. Your income must not exceed 130% of the social minimum.
