For the location Berg 62 (former lumberyard Van der Putten) the plan is to redevelop the monumental building (municipal) and its yard for apartments. The TRK/monuments committee has previously issued a positive pre-advice. Final advice is to be issued in a public meeting.

The college requests that the TRK/Monuments Committee formally process the positive pre-opinion and convert it to a final opinion on the attached development plan.
