Counting the votes
The total count by polling station will take place on Election Day, Oct. 29, 2025. All polling stations are then closed at 9 p.m., after which the counting is done by hand. The ballot boxes are opened, the ballots are taken out and the votes are counted on the spot at the respective polling station according to government guidelines. The chairman of the polling station ensures that the counting is done properly.
