We are constantly working on the website and our services. Your opinion is important here!

The municipality conducts a customer satisfaction survey of:

  • The web forms, once you have completed the web form you will get through the website right away to fill in your customer satisfaction.
  • The website, by clicking on a smiley on the right side of a web page, a short questionnaire will follow.
  • A case or notification (for example, a public space notification or permit application) you will receive an email with the invitation to the customer satisfaction survey when the case or notification is completed.

What do we do with your response?

We appreciate you taking the time and effort to complete the survey. By working on the areas for improvement, we will ensure quality improvement of our forms and services.

Small adjustments can be made quickly. Major adjustments may take a little more time. And sometimes we can't process feedback right away due to technical reasons.

Personal data

Customer satisfaction for the web forms and website can be completed anonymously. Customer satisfaction for the completion of a case or report is not anonymous.
