The Van Gogh Church on Papenvoort is a unique location for a stylish ceremony in an intimate setting with your friends, family and other guests. 

This charming little church, built in 1824, gained worldwide fame after Vincent van Gogh painted it. It is a special place, not least because his father once served as a pastor here. It is located on the outskirts of downtown Nuenen, across from City Hall, and can accommodate up to 80 guests.

The surrounding garden invites you to slow down for a moment: it’s the perfect spot for taking beautiful photos and quietly enjoying the surroundings. A place where tranquility and atmosphere come together.

Inside, time seems to stand still for a moment. It feels as if you’re stepping right into the painting itself. A unique blend of history, art, and experience.

Thanks to the perfect acoustics, no music system or microphone are necessary. There is a piano that can be used during the ceremony. 

Would you like to decorate the venue, such as with a beautiful floral arrangement or chair decorations for your guests? We can arrange all of this in consultation with you, as long as you, as the bride and groom, are willing Health . 

A viewing in advance is recommended so that you can design your ceremony exactly as suits you. On the day itself, a hostess will be on hand to help and think with you for anything that comes up.
