Start public participation process construction of 29 homes Nederwetten
Intended development
The Municipal Executive intends to revise the Nederwetten zoning plan for the construction of up to 29 homes in the area between the Hoekstraat and the Eikelkampen. Prior to the revision of the zoning plan, a public participation procedure will be conducted. A public participation document has been prepared for this purpose in which the proposed development is described.
Consultation document available for review
The public participation document Woningbouwontwikkeling Hoekstraat-Eikelkampen Nederwetten and all related documents will be available for public inspection for six weeks from September 5, 2020. The public participation document can be viewed by appointment or during opening hours at the reception desk of the town hall Jan van Schijnveltlaan 2 in Nuenen. Information Evening
On Thursday, September 17, 2020, at De Koppelaar, De Koppel 5 in Nederwetten, the developer will hold an information evening about the proposed development. The information evening will start at 19.00 hours. During this information evening, any interested party can come and watch, listen and ask questions about the public participation document.
Due to COVID-19, the information evening is open by registration only. Interested parties can register until September 14, 2020 by sending an e-mail to hilde@vansantvoortarchitecten.nl
Submission of comment
Within the period for public inspection, anyone can submit a comment on this public participation document. A written comment should be addressed to the Municipal Executive of Nuenen c.a., Postbus 10.000, 5670 GA Nuenen. You can send a letter by mail or online. You can do so via the digital letter with DigID on our website. An electronic letter will be treated as an official letter. A comment can also be submitted orally to G. Andriessen of the Development and Enforcement Department (telephone number 040 - 2631 648).
