What is it?

The Winkeltijdenwet determines at what times stores may be open. The Winkeltijdenwet has very limited exemption options. If you want to be open outside normal opening hours (for example, as a night store), you must apply for an exemption.

What to do?

You can request the exemption from the Shop Hours Act from the municipality.
