Development Perspective Urban Brabant 2040

Regional cooperation on the spatial development of Brabant takes place at various levels. Ultimately, the input provided through the SGE (Urbanization Agreement) leads to the basis for the input of the MRE (Development Strategy Southeast Brabant) for the Spatial Proposal that the province must submit to the State.

The college has agreed to the draft Development Perspective Urban Brabant 2040, including first elaboration agreements.
After approval by stakeholders (expected in September 2023), the development perspective will be used as a building block for future environmental instruments and offered as part of the Spatial Proposal in October 2023.

Wmo and Youth Assistance Policy Rules 2023

The City Council adopted the Wmo Ordinance on December 16, 2021, and the Youth Assistance Ordinance on April 6, 2023. Policy rules are a further elaboration of a particular power of the governing body. Policy rules ensure consistency in implementation. This creates clarity and legal certainty for residents. The adoption of policy rules is a power of the Municipal Executive.

The college decided to adopt the Policy Rules Wmo 2023 and the Policy Rules Youth Aid 2023. The college repeals the Implementation Decree Wmo and Youth Aid 2018. The college took note of the opinion of the Social Domain Advisory Council and adopted the formal response.

Mandate to appoint supervisor of youth legality

It was decided to appoint a supervisor of youth lawfulness working for the eleven municipalities of purchasing region 'A 10 for Youth'. Pursuant to the Youth Aid Regulation, the appointment of a supervisor is a power of the college. The supervisor works from the joint arrangement Peelgemeenten.

The college decided to authorize the General Director of GR Peelgemeenten to appoint supervisors of youth legality and to issue and sign the proof of identity for the supervisors.

The council is given the opportunity to submit an opinion on the draft 2024 budget of the Blink Joint Arrangement. The college proposes that the council not submit an opinion.

The council proposal "Viewing Draft Blink 2024 Budget" is presented to the council for decision.

Written questions CDA regarding overview of users MFA Nuenen-Zuid and Centrum

The CDA asked written questions about users of multifunctional accommodations Nuenen-Zuid and center.

The college decided to answer the CDA's written questions by letter.
