Communication and participation plan study livability and accessibility
The liveability and accessibility study is a study to optimize the bundle routes. The goal is to maintain and, where possible, improve (traffic) livability, accessibility and environmental quality in Nuenen. The impact area of this study is large. It is therefore important to communicate effectively with our residents, business owners and other stakeholders and to involve them in this process. A communication and participation plan has been drawn up for this purpose. The college agrees with the communication and participation plan. A council information letter will also be sent.
Policies for making, changing or removing outlets
The APV contains assessment criteria for an application for an egress. However, these are abstract/theoretical rules, which can be interpreted differently. To provide more explanation on the application of the assessment criteria, policy rules have been drawn up. This makes it clear to all parties (municipality and residents/owners of plots) what an application for an exit is assessed against. The college adopts the policy rules for making, changing or removing outlets.
Sale of housing lot Esrand 2
The college approves the sale of residential lot Esrand 2, in accordance with the purchase agreement prepared for it and the purchase price and Requirements stipulated therein.
Draft 2021 soil management memorandum, soil quality map and soil function class map
Municipal soil policy and no longer meets the requirements set out in the Soil Quality Decree. The Soil Management Memorandum provides concrete guidelines for sustainable soil management. It also creates clear frameworks for soil use within the municipality of Nuenen c.a. (also with respect to PFAS) and for other soil tasks for which the municipality is the competent authority (soil tests for building, environmental and zoning plans and soil decontamination). The draft Nota bodembeheer gemeente Nuenen c.a. (including soil function map and soil quality map) and the Nota bodembeheer PFAS (including PFAS soil quality map) are made available for inspection for views.
Position on budget proposals Dommelvallei Service
Service Dommelvallei is preparing its budget 2022- 2025. In that context, it has emerged that substantial additional resources compared to the 2021 budget are already needed for information services in 2021. The service has asked the college to take a position before the service submits the proposals on this matter to the relevant municipal councils as part of the viewpoint procedure. The college advises the Dommelvallei Service to make cuts in new policies and the Dommelvallei Service is informed that the college agrees to the formation of an I&A reserve at the Dommelvallei Service.
Delegation to Steering Committee and Project Team Gulbergen Estate ovv MRE
The Metropolitan Region of Eindhoven requests a delegation on behalf of the municipality of Nuenen for the steering committee and project team for Landgoed Gulbergen. The project is entering a new phase after the buyout of Attero. The MRE has now taken on the task of developing the area. The college decides to delegate Alderman Stultiens for the steering committee Landgoed Gulbergen on behalf of the municipality of Nuenen; Mayor Houben will be added as an advisor.
