Youth ribbon 2023

The City Council decided to award a youth ribbon annually as a symbolic token of appreciation for all volunteers in the municipality.

On December 12, 2023, the college approved the proposal for the presentation of a youth ribbon for volunteer of the year 2023. The presentation of the youth ribbon (a prize for the winner worth €150 and a youth ribbon) took place during the New Year's reception on January 8, 2024.

Volunteer Award 2023

The City Council decided to award an annual volunteer award and youth ribbon as a symbolic token of appreciation for all volunteers in the municipality. The volunteer of the year is chosen by an independent advisory committee.

On December 12, 2023, the college approved the proposal of the Nuenen c.a. Volunteer Award Committee. The presentation of the prize (a sum of money for the nominated association and a statuette for the volunteer) took place during the New Year's reception on January 8, 2024.

Mandate extension of administrative agreements until advisory note 2026 Protected Housing

Pursuant to Articles 2.1.1 and 1.2.1 of the Wmo 2015, all municipalities are responsible for social relief and Protected Housing. From its role as central municipality, Eindhoven municipality receives the resources for the customized provision of Protected Housing (BW) for the Eindhoven region (15 municipalities). For the implementation of BW, administrative agreements have been made and mandates have been issued by the regional municipalities to the municipality of Eindhoven.

The college has decided to agree to the extension of the existing Administrative Agreements Protected Housing until no later than January 1, 2026 and has agreed to the mandates to be issued for Protected Housing to the Municipality of Eindhoven. The mandate decision taken will be published in the municipal gazette. The portfolio holder for Protected Housing is granted a power of attorney to sign the administrative agreements for Protected Housing until January 1, 2026.

Downsizing bus service schedule, line 6

Written council questions have been asked about the downsizing of bus route 6. The proposal is to answer these questions by letter.

The college agreed to the letter answering the written questions.

Service Level Agreement (DVO21) and Work Plan 21 for Youth

In "Work Plan 21 for Youth," there are agreements about the youth aid that will be purchased regionally and with regional coordination.

The college agrees to the work plan and associated budget 2024.
The Municipality of Eindhoven handles this procurement for the 21 municipalities of Southeast Brabant under a Service Delivery Agreement (DVO21). The college agrees to continue these agreements through an updated DVO until December 31, 2029 at the latest. The college mandates the college of mayor and aldermen of Eindhoven to enter into or terminate agreements in the field of specialized youth care on behalf of the municipality of Nuenen and to amend them under Requirements . The mayor grants power of attorney to the mayor of Eindhoven to sign agreements, make minor amendments and the college authorizes this power. The college agrees to Nuenen's contribution to the costs of the purchasing organization, coordination costs crisis costs and Availability Financing (=empty) stay Crisis.
