BRP and travel documents 2020 evaluation
An annual (self) evaluation is conducted on the design, operation and security of the Basic Registration of PersonsBRP). The results of 2020 show that the municipality amply meets the legal requirements. In addition, a self-assessment is also taking place on the Travel Documents section (driving licenses are also part of this). The college adopts the results of the Self-Assessment BRP 2020 and the results of the Self-Assessment Travel Documents 2020 are accepted for notification.
Rates of youth care residence Mutsaersstichting as of Jan. 1, 2021
The municipality of Nuenen has a contract with the Mutsaersstichting for, among other things, residential youth care. New rates have been agreed upon. The college decides to set rates for the youth aid forms 'Stay heavy', 'Stay extra heavy' and 'Stay emergency care' for the Mutsaersstichting as of January 1, 2021.
Settlement agreement ROW
In the college meeting of December 22, 2020, decisions were taken on the adjustments of the Regional Development Fund Work Locations (ROW). A settlement agreement is needed to agree on the exit of BOM Holding BV from the cooperation. The college decides to enter into a settlement agreement in which BOM Holding BV, ROW BV and municipalities make mutual agreements on the exit of BOM Holding B.V.. The portfolio holder for Economy is authorized to sign the settlement agreement on behalf of the municipality of Nuenen c.a. once all SGE municipalities have adopted it.
Land transactions related to parcels on Kerkakkers
The municipality has entered into a purchase and an anterior agreement in connection with the development of five homes at Kerkakkers in Gerwen. The buyer wishes to make further arrangements regarding the delivery and payment of some plots of land. The college decides to agree to this. The college agrees to the direct delivery of some parcels of land to the children of Van der Heijden, to the settlement of under- and oversize of all parcels of land involved in the land transactions and to the VAT delivery of the parcels of land delivered by Van der Heijden to the municipality.
Extension of appointment of village master builder
Since March 1, 2018, Mr. H. van Helmond has been appointed village master builder for a period of three years. In addition, employees of the Village, Town and Country Foundation (DSL) have been appointed as deputies to the village master builder. DSL is an organization that advises on all spatial aspects of environmental quality. The college now decides to renew the appointments for a period of three years.
Taxbus 2021 cooperation agreement
The cooperation under the name Taxbus was evaluated at the end of 2019. That evaluation revealed that improvements must be made to be more decisive and better "in control. A second recommendation was to make more connections between target group transport and smart mobility solutions. In February 2020, all participating colleges from the Brabant Southeast region decided to adopt the recommendations. The college agrees to enter into an amended Cooperation Agreement Taxbus.
Road management plan 2022 - 2026
The 2015 - 2019 road management plan needs to be updated. The proposed increase in the deposit to the provision;
- Some proposed changes to the policy rules;
- The fact that the continuation of the provision must be based on a council decision.
The council proposal Roads Management Plan 2022 - 2026 is presented to the council for decision.
Housing construction Kapperdoes
The Kapperdoes housing plan has been modified, which requires a new zoning plan and additional financial agreements. Based on an amended housing plan, the Kapperdoes development can be continued. Approval will be given to the modified design for the Kapperdoes housing development, to the financial principles for additional anterior agreements, and to the granting of cooperation in order to achieve an amendment to the zoning plan. Confidentiality will be imposed on the college proposal pursuant to article 55, paragraph 1, of the Municipal Law with reference to article 10, paragraph 2, under b of the Open Government Act.
