Appointment of members Social Domain Advisory Council

The Social Domain Advisory Council (ASD) nominates four candidates to the college for appointment. These are the appointment of three new members and one reappointment of a sitting member. As a result, the ASD consists of eleven members for over six months.

The college decided to accept the nomination of the ASD and appoint three candidates as members of the ASD for a four-year term effective Nov. 1, 2022, and reappoint one incumbent member for a four-year term effective Jan. 1, 2023.

Adjustment agreement youth aid funding segment 1 - high complex as of 2023

In the procurement strategy "A 10 for Youth," youth aid was divided into five segments. For segment 1 (high complex - infrequent), the purchasing region had lump-sum agreements in 2021 and 2022.
The college decided to adopt the proposed costing system for segment 1 - High Complex and implement this costing as of January 1, 2023. The college agreed to establish the rates per provider for the stay products within segment 1 - High complex and the rates for the other products in segment 1.

Sale of land near Eeneind 32

At Eeneind 32 there are several lands. Part of these grounds are needed for the Helmond-Eindhoven express bicycle path. The remaining land will be sold to the adjacent owner(s), residing at the above address. With this we are (partly) complying with earlier agreements, the resident does not invoke the statute of limitations for the land and the municipality is not left with a few remaining strips.

Council motion legalizing current toilet facility at D'n Busser bocce court

The jeu de boules association d'n Busser operates a jeu de boules court on the Laar/Van Kemenadelaan parcel. A lockable fence and a shelter/toilet unit have been placed on this plot in violation of the current zoning plan. The council passed a motion on June 2, 2022, urging the college to legalize the toilet facility.
The college decided to carry out the council's motion by initiating a zoning change for the current structure through a formal procedure.

Council information letter in response to motion for toilet facility d'n Busser

On June 2, 2022, the council passed a motion urging the college to legalize the toilet facility at the bowling alley d'n Busser. A council information letter will inform the council of the college's response to the motion.

The college agreed to the Council Information Letter and send it to the council.
