Decision on objection to rejection of urgency decision for social rental housing
The regional urgency scheme to accelerate eligibility for social housing is meant to be a safety net. According to the regional urgency committee, an applicant does not meet the criteria. The applicant objected to this.
The college has decided, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee Eindhoven, to declare the objection unfounded and uphold the contested decision. The applicant will be informed accordingly.
Draft zoning plan "Buitengebied, revision Rullen 7"
Initiator has submitted a request to build at Rullen 7, four Room for Space homes. The preliminary zoning plan "Buitengebied herziening Rullen 7" was available for public inspection for six weeks from June 5, 2021. Three public comments were submitted. In response to the preliminary consultation response from the province, the plan was reduced from four to two homes. The treatment of the reactions are shown in the memo of public participation and pre-consultation. The zoning plan can now be submitted for public inspection as a draft zoning plan.
The college decided to adopt the Nota van inspraak en vooroverleg and approved the draft zoning plan "Buitengebied herziening Rullen 7".
The draft zoning plan will be made available for public inspection for six weeks. The submitters of the public participation responses will be informed about the follow-up procedure.
Governance structure regional approach to domestic violence and child abuse
The existing "Violence belongs nowhere" steering committee will be developed into a "domestic violence and child abuse" steering committee. There will be an official expert team with structural capacity from municipalities, partners from the Health and Safety domain and experts by experience. When decision-making by the 21 municipalities is needed, the existing structure of the Health and Safety House will be used.

Anterior and plan compensation agreements two homes Opwettenseweg
The college wishes to cooperate with the construction of two dwellings on Opwettenseweg by entering into an antecedent and planning compensation agreement with the respective owners.
The college has decided not to recover the planning costs for the house on Opwettenseweg from the promoters and agrees to the anterior contract and plan loss recovery agreements.
The draft settlement agreement is adopted.
