Adjust rates Taxbus January through June 2022 due to corona

Taxbus, is a partnership that provides Wmo target group transportation for municipalities in the region. In connection with Covid-19, Taxbus has experienced sharply reduced transport volumes. With the proposed graduated rates, Taxbus can make new contract agreements with transporters tailored to uncertain transport volumes. In Nuenen, the transporter is CTS (actually transports) and Munckhof (performs direction).

The college approved the graduated rates for the period January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022.

Split lot Mauritsgaarde 2 / Johan Frisostraat unnumbered

On October 5, 2021, the college approved the request in principle to cooperate in splitting the Mauritsgaarde 2 lot. Before the applicant can start the zoning procedure, approval for the anterior agreement and plan damage recovery agreement is required from the college, so that the municipal costs can be recovered from the initiator. The college has agreed to the antecedent and plan loss recovery agreement.

Grant VGVN 2021 et seq.

The foundation Van Gogh Village Nuenen (VGVN) objects to the amount of the subsidy (€50.000,-) as well as the stipulation that part of the subsidy justification must consist of an auditor's report. The board has entered into discussions with the VGVN foundation about this. It is now proposed to maintain the subsidy amount for 2021 and to correct the provision regarding the auditor's statement. It is also proposed to enter into a board covenant with the VGVN foundation to make multi-year agreements on the subsidy. Pending the appeal process, this can be corrected by an amendment decision.
The college decided to amend the grant decision of December 24, 2020 and enter into the "Administrative Covenant Van Gogh Village Nuenen 2021-2024" in which the municipality of Nuenen c.a. and the foundation VGVN make multi-year agreements on the subsidy.
