Covenant Neighborhood Mediation Dommelvallei 2021-2023
The goal of neighborhood mediation is to prevent and settle residential nuisances and conflicts in neighborhoods. Being able to achieve that objective and monitor its progress requires that the covenant participants be able to exchange certain personal data with each other. This data processing must be done lawfully and carefully. To this end, the participants have established agreements in a covenant. The college decides to adopt the 'Covenant Neighborhood Mediation Dommelvallei 2021-2023'.
Work plan 21 for youth 2021
Work Plan 21 for Youth 2021 contains agreements on all forms of (youth) aid that are required by law to be organized and purchased regionally. These include Youth Protection, Youth Probation, Youth Care Plus, Urgent Health and Safe Home. The college agrees with the agreements, budget 2021 and regional distribution of the costs from the Work Plan and makes a contribution to the costs of € 19,710 available from the budget Implementation costs Youth Care.
Implementation Regulation Compensation Obligatory Deductible Health Insurance Act Municipality of Nuenen 2020
Under the proposed scheme, a resident is eligible for financial assistance if he/she has used up his/her deductible under the Health Insurance Act for three consecutive years. An income limit up to a maximum of 130% of the social minimum is applied. The College decides to adopt the Compensation Obligatory Excess Scheme 2020.
Sale of building plot De Spijkert 19 in Eeneind
The municipality has sold building lot De Spijkert 19 on Eeneind in accordance with the attached purchase agreement prepared for that purpose and the purchase price and Requirements stipulated therein.
Audit 2020
Before the auditor starts the audit of the 2020 financial statements, it is necessary to adopt the 2020 audit protocol including standards framework. The audit committee advised the council to adopt the audit protocol at the council meeting on December 10, 2020. The council proposal is submitted to the council for decision.
Request in principle Pastor's Mast 3 and 5
The Beerens company wishes to change its current business operations to a lower environmental category. Hereby the business zoning can be reduced because the building storage will be cancelled and the nature zoning can be enlarged. The building zone for buildings must be enlarged. The college decides to inform the initiator that the municipality is prepared to start a planning procedure for the proposed change of the business activities at Pastoorsmast 3 -5 in Nuenen.
Redevelopment Pastor Aldenhuijsen Street
On March 20, 2018, the college agreed in principle to the redevelopment of a site on Pastoor Aldenhuijsen Street (former Hubo site). In the meantime, the TRK has considered the plans and indicated in its October 27, 2020 opinion that the plan is still too meager from an urban, landscape and architectural point of view. The college agrees in principle with the intended (modified) building volume. The college requests the developer to take steps in a workshop context with the members of the TRK to arrive at an adjusted plan in order to (be able to) submit it to the TRK for final advice. Parallel to this, on the basis of the adjusted program, consultations will be held with the developer to come to an anterior agreement and planning compensation agreement.
Choice finances road management plan
For the new Roads Management Plan, the budgets included in the budget are not sufficient. How much extra is needed depends on the choice made regarding the period to be looked ahead. The college decides to opt for a 10-year forward-looking period in the new Roads Management Plan, with an evaluation point after 5 years in order to make any necessary adjustments.
